The chamber pasteruzier is designed with smaller craft brewing and beverage producers in mind.

As the drinks market evolves smaller producers need options to be able to pasteurize their liquids to have shelf-stability.The compact design means it takes up less floor space than other pasteurization equipment options.

The unit is also efficient with the resources used to operate it as well. Reasons beverage producers would use this equiment are: Breweries with fruit beers or added adjuncts who don't want refermentation in packaging. Destroying or significantly reducing microorganisms that cause spoilage. 

Pasteurization extends the shelf life of beverages. Allows for easier storage, transportation, and distribution of beverages without the risk of rapid spoilage. Pasteurization is essential for enhancing the safety of beverages, prolonging their shelf life, and minimizing the occurrence of foodborne illnesses. The chamber pasteurizer allows small-scale producers to do this.

ZYB Craft have designed their chamber pasteurizer to give even heating to all packaged beverage product. In testing there was around a 1°C difference throughout the tested beer bottles in the chamber.
